What is the dress code?

The recommended dress code for the conference and networking lunch is business casual. 

 

​Where will the conference take place?

The conference will take place in Klarman Hall at the Harvard Business School. Please see below for instructions on getting to campus.

What are my options for lodging?

There are a number of AirBnB and hotels in the Boston and Cambridge area that would be convenient for the conference. Here are only a few hotel options:

How do I get to the conference if I'm driving?

 

From Logan Airport

Follow signs for I-90 W (Massachusetts Turnpike/Ted Williams Tunnel). Take I-90 W to Exit #20 for Allston and Cambridge. After the tollbooth, bear right towards Cambridge, to a large intersection. Just past the second light, and before the bridge, turn left onto Soldiers Field. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Western Avenue. Enter the campus through the Batten Way Entrance, on your right.

 

From North and South of Boston

Take I-93 (N or S) to Exit #20 for I-90 W (Massachusetts Turnpike). Take I-90 W to Exit #20 for Allston and Cambridge. After the tollbooth, bear right towards Cambridge, to a large intersection. Just past the second light, and before the bridge, turn left onto Soldiers Field. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Western Avenue. Enter the campus through the Batten Way Entrance, on your right.

 

From West of Boston

Take I-90 E (Massachusetts Turnpike) to Exit #18 for Allston and Cambridge. After the tollbooth, bear right towards Cambridge, to a large intersection. Just past the second light, and before the bridge, turn left onto Soldiers Field. At the first stoplight, turn left onto Western Avenue. Enter the campus through the Batten Way Entrance, on your right.

 

Where do I park?

For events happening at the Harvard Business School campus, attendees may park in the HBS visitor parking lot in front of Spangler Center. Please be prepared to pay $9/day (cash only).

 

Public parking is also available at a number of locations around Harvard Square. View a map here.

 

How do I get to the conference via public transportation?

 

Taxi

For events taking place at the Harvard Business school, Uber or Lyft to Spangler Center or Klarman Hall.

Rail

Take Amtrak to Boston-Back Bay Station. For more information about Amtrak, log onto www.amtrak.com or call  (800) USA-RAIL.

 

​Subway or "T"

Take the MBTA Red Line (Alewife train) to Harvard Square. Walk south down John F. Kennedy Street, crossing over the Charles River on the Anderson Bridge. Harvard Business School is on the left after the bridge.

 

​Bus

Take the MBTA #66 Bus that runs down JFK Street and North Harvard Street. Exit the bus at the first stop after the bridge. HBS is on the left.
